Does Not Work Well with Hard Water : Windex Outdoor All-in-One Glass Cleaning Tool

We were so excited using this stock for the first time.....it suds-up and cleaned the toughest grime on our windows without using a ladder! fantasize our shock when we entered our house and found the windows Horribly Streaked!! It seems the first windows we washed had the worst streaking - towards the end of the pad there was less streaking. We had to go back out and wash the windows on the ladder the old fashioned way. Being in our 60's that was kind of scary. Will never use this again and hoping for a repayment from Windex.
